Trading Division
The trading division of the Fund implements investment strategies focused on trading in highly rated instruments in arbitrage.
Our asset manager ensures that every aspect of investment is meticulously strategized and executed.
The Fund shall negotiate on a case by case basis with each prospective investor the customization of his liquid investments assuring the higher guarantees and yields available on the market.
Private prospective investors with fund capital of 10M€ and up can ask for private offer for investment that shall be customized on the investor requirements.
Our trading investments give maximum priority to safeguard and guarantee the capital and investments are made in a "financial context" similar to monetary low risk investment ("investment grade" or better).
Investment proceeds are routinely expected higher than what available on the financial market.

Placement Agents are welcommed for providing services for investors onboarding with commissions recognized for introduction services rendered (private agreement with Placement Agents/Agencies scheduled).
Bond Division
The Fund issues Bonds fully backed by highly rated institutional bank instruments, suitable for purchase by institutions, pension funds and the like, as they are classified and rated as "investment grade" and yet offering high yields typical of ‘high yield’ Bonds.
The bonds are also suitable for private investors seeking a high yield at a fixed, short-term, low-risk rate. These bonds can also be listed on international stock exchanges (London, Luxembourg, Vienna, etc.) for resale or trading.
Bond issuance is made possible in any period (no specific period Offering window time).
Price of the Bond can be privately negotiated subject to the size of investment (accordingly the interest/annual proceeds to be changed). Other specific requirements of investors can be negotiated.
Bond Offering is sent to investor after their request for Bond Application and due diligence processed.
Placement Agents are welcommed for providing services of Bond placement to investors with commissions recognized for introduction services rendered (private agreement with Placement Agents/Agencies scheduled).

Project Division
We invest in early stage start-up companies that have innovation in their DNA in line with our investment policy for sector and project type.
The risk associated to the investment in start-up enterprises is completely unrelated to the other investment divisions that are and remain isolated and compartmentalized. Our tailored approaches are designed to innovate and optimize project development, making visionary ideas a reality.
The investment in projects is usually not given accessible to investors since our policy is to select and finance such projects for our internal purposes with participation of pre-selected stakeholders.
However it is still possible for private investors to ask funding their own projects as long as they can provide capital for a minimum amount of 10M EUR and more in investment or asking to participate in a Bond issuance transaction contextually to their project funding (private negotiation is possible for specific case).
